Tanya H. Miari is a trademark and copyright attorney with the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry LLP. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright development and protection, and general litigation support for U.S. based and foreign clients. Tanya’s legal research was published in DePaul University’s Journal of Art, Technology, and Intellectual Property Law and reviewed case law interpreting the distinctions between trademark and trade dress protection. She also received the CALI Award for Legal Writing and was a member of the DePaul Law Review.
