Sebastian Lovera Riso is an Associate of Ladas & Parry LLP. Mr. Lovera’s practice focuses on the prosecution, maintenance, protection and enforcement of trademarks, both domestically and internationally. Before joining the firm, Mr. Lovera was an Associate at Zacarias & Fernandez in Paraguay from 2005 to 2007, where he specialized in contentious and non-contentious matters in the field of trademark law. Mr. Lovera received his law degree (Abogado), summa cum laude, from the National University of Asuncion (Paraguay), and his LL.M. from the University of Michigan Law School. He also received a post-graduate degree as a Notary Public from the National University of Asunción. He is admitted to practice in Paraguay and in the State of New York. Mr. Lovera’s native language is Spanish, and he is fluent in English and Portuguese.
