Scott Lebson is a partner in the Mergers, Acquisitions & Licensing Group of Ladas & Parry LLP. Mr. Lebson counsels clients on commercial transactions relating to the worldwide acquisition, sale, licensing, exploitation and securitization of intellectual property rights. In addition to counseling clients on major acquisitions and divestitures of intellectual property and related technology, Mr. Lebson’s transactional work also includes extensive structuring and negotiating of trademark, copyright, content, software, technology and merchandise licenses in a broad range of industries. Mr. Lebson also counsel clients with respect to the preparation and recordation of documentation relating to the transfer of patents, trademarks and license recordals in jurisdictions throughout the world. Mr. Lebson is an accomplished speaker and has lectured extensively on intellectual property matters, particularly in the evolving area of intellectual property securitization.
