Raymond DiPerna is experienced in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications, both domestically and internationally, in the electrical, computer, and mechanical arts. Representative technologies include Internet-related hardware and software, e-commerce, business methods, financial transaction systems, memory systems, telecommunications, image processing, facsimile and copier systems, digital cameras, semiconductor devices, and X-ray sensors. He also prepares and prosecutes design patents. In addition, Mr. DiPerna has experience in patent litigation, has prepared appeal briefs, and has prepared opinion letters regarding patent infringement, validity, and enforceability.
