Iris Hess is a retired partner and is presently of counsel in the Los Angeles Office of Ladas & Parry LLP. She has over twenty-five years of worldwide trademark prosecution, licensing and opposition experience. Ms. Hess also has experience in copyright law. Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, she was General Counsel to Rug Doctor, Inc. Ms. Hess is a native of Toronto, Canada. She took undergraduate courses at California State University and received her JD cum laude from the University of West Los Angeles. Ms. Hess is a member of the California State Bar and licensed to practice before the Southern and Northern District Courts of California. Ms. Hess is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA).
