Keith S. Van Duyne is an associate in the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry LLP. Keith assists in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patents. He also provides litigation support and conducts validity and due diligence studies. Keith focuses on the areas of electrical, electronic and computer software technologies, media technology and semiconductor devices, with an emphasis on communication networks and other wireless systems.

Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Keith was an associate in a Philadelphia, PA intellectual property firm and gained court room experience as a prosecutor in the state's attorney office and as an associate in a general practice law firm.

Keith has over twelve years of industrial experience as an electrical engineer for a fortune 500 company that manufactured large construction and mining equipment. He designed, implemented and maintained a state-of-the-art data processing center, along with designing and installing computerized robotic equipment.
