Keith S. Van Duyne is an associate in the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry LLP. Keith assists in the preparation and prosecution of domestic and foreign patents. He also provides litigation support and conducts validity and due diligence studies. Prior to joining Ladas & Parry, Keith was an associate in a Philadelphia, PA intellectual property firm and gained court room experience as a prosecutor in the state's attorney office and as an associate in a general practice law firm.

Keith has over twelve years of industrial experience as an electrical engineer for a fortune 500 company that manufactured large construction and mining equipment. He designed, implemented and maintained a state-of-the-art data processing center, along with designing and installing computerized robotic equipment.
