Mr. Krause has more than twenty years of experience in all phases of intellectual property law as both in-house patent counsel and as outside counsel. Mr. Krause's practice is focused on the procurement of utility patents in the electrical and mechanical arts. He has personally written and prosecuted hundreds of patents to issuance.

Mr. Krause has also provided dozens of written opinions to various clients about the validity and infringement of U.S. patents and has testified in various litigations about opinions that he's rendered. He has also counseled clients on ways to avoid patent rights of third parties. In addition to having written numerous U.S. patents and written opinions of counsel, Mr. Krause also has extensive litigation experience in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret disputes.
