Julian H. Cohen is Of Counsel to Ladas & Parry. Mr. Cohen received his B.S.C.E. from the
College of the City of New York and his L.L.B. from New York University. Mr. Cohen is
admitted to practice before the New York State Bar and the U.S. Patent and Trademark
Office.
Mr. Cohen was a partner in the firm of Roberts Spiecens and Cohen at the time that firm
was merged into Ladas & Parry. Mr. Cohen has many years of experience in prosecuting U.S.
and international patent applications. His practice has been in the areas of filing and
prosecuting mechanical and electrical inventions. Mr. Cohen also advises clients on
issues relating to patent infringement and patent validity.
