Frederick W. Meyers is a Partner of Ladas & Parry. He was admitted in 1981 to the Ohio State Bar and in 1985 to the Illinois State Bar. He was licensed to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1983 and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Mr. Meyers received his B.A. in 1978 from the University of Arkansas and his J.D. in 1981 from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Meyer is a former U.S. Trademark Examiner. Mr. Meyer handles international trademark prosecution and oppositions. He is a member of the Chicago Bar and served as past Chair of the Patent, Trademark and Copyright Committee. He is also a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Patent Law Association of Chicago, and the International Trademark Association (Chairman, Regulatory Analysis Committee, Latin American Subcommittee, 1996-1997).
