Mr. Lipins is interested in all areas of intellectual property and his experience includes litigation at both the trial and appellate levels before court and administrative tribunals. In addition to litigation experience, Mr. Lipins has prosecuted a variety of patent and trademark matters in the USPTO. He also has experience in trademark rights, including selection, proper use and enforcement.
