Elizabeth Linford is in charge of the Digital Brands Practice in the Los Angeles Office. Elizabeth specializes in the areas of domestic and international trademark prosecution and related matters, digital brands protection, and copyrights. She has extensive experience counseling clients in the areas of trademark portfolio management and protection, and domain name management, protection, acquisition and recovery, including both defense and prosecution of domain name disputes under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).Ms. Linford earned her Juris Doctor from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, and has served as a Judicial Extern to Magistrate Judge Groh, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Ms. Linford is a member of the State Bar of California.
