Dennis S. Prahl is a Partner of Ladas & Parry LLP. Mr. Prahl specializes in the areas of international trademark, copyright, domain name, right of publicity and unfair competition law and has represented and advised a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to individuals, in diverse fields. He received his B.A. from Northwestern College and his J.D. from New York Law School and holds a Diploma in Advanced International Legal Studies from the McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Prahl has authored and co-authored several publications on the topics of trademark law, unfair competition, merchandising and domain names. He has been a guest lecturer on the topics of international trademark law and intellectual property at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Fordham University School of Business, Fordham Law School, Baruch College and a speaker at numerous intellectual property conferences throughout the United States.
