Chloe is a trademark and copyright attorney with the Chicago Office of Ladas & Parry LLP. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, domain name and Internet matters, and general litigation support. As head of the Digital Brands Practice of Ladas & Parry, Chloe has particular expertise with regard to the protection of intellectual property on the Internet. Chloe's graduate research focused on contractual concepts related to intellectual property issues, including auction house transactions, as well as trademark infringement issues in connection with pop-up advertisements.
