Amanda M. Roach is a trademark and copyright attorney at Ladas & Parry LLP in Chicago. Her practice focuses on U.S. and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright oppositions, and general litigation support for U.S. based and foreign clients. Amanda’s academic work and law research was published in DePaul University’s Art and Entertainment Law Journal and supported alternative dispute resolution research and commentary published in the Stanford Law Review.
