Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) - Designation Fees

For PCT applications filed on or after January 1, 2002 it is possible to designate all jurisdictions in the PCT application as long as the designation fees for five jurisdictions are paid. This also applies to PCT applications filed prior to January 1, 2002 that designate five or more jurisdictions for which the designation fees have not been paid prior to January 1, 2002.
