Madrid Agreement and Protocol - Membership Bhutan has become a party to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, effective August 4, 2000. The following countries have become parties to the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, with the following effective dates:
Effective July 7, 2000, the Madrid Agreement and the Protocol Relating to that Agreement, to which the People's Republic of China is a party, are not applicable to the Macau Special Administrative Region of China. |
