Cayman Islands - Extension of European Community Trademark Registrations Now Possible The new Patents and Trade Marks Law (1999 Revision) has provision for the owners of a European Community Trademark registration to apply to have such right extended to the Cayman Islands, thereby mirroring the rights of holders of United Kingdom trademark registrations.
