United States - Biological Sequence Listings

The U.S. patent rules concerning preparation of biological sequence listings were amended with effect from July 1, 1998. The rules now comply with the WIPO standard and a biological sequence listing prepared in accordance with the new rules will be acceptable for national stage filing in all PCT member countries that require biological sequence listings.
