United States - Biological Sequence Listings The U.S. patent rules concerning preparation of biological sequence
listings were amended with effect from July 1, 1998. The rules
now comply with the WIPO standard and a biological sequence listing
prepared in accordance with the new rules will be acceptable for
national stage filing in all PCT member countries that require
biological sequence listings.
