We have been given to understand that the State Customs Committee published a Regulatory Letter on Measures for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, pursuant to which officials will compile lists of protected trademarks and copyrights based upon information provided by intellectual property owners, with a view to enabling customs authorities to identify and report goods that infringe intellectual property rights.
