On December 20, 1995, the Government of Trinidad and Tobago deposited its instrument of accession to the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services for the Purposes of the Registration of Marks, which entered into effect on March 20, 1996, with respect to Trinidad and Tobago.
