Denmark - Ratification of Madrid Protocol

On November 10, 1995, Denmark became the sixth country to ratify the Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks, which entered into effect on February 13, 1996, with respect to Denmark. At this time, however, extensions to Denmark of International registrations under the Madrid Protocol will not have effect in Greenland or the Faroe Islands.
