Bosnia & Herzegovina - Industrial Property Right Revalidations and Joins PCT

We have been advised that the term (reported in our November 1995 Newsletter (N.S. 186)) to revalidate in Bosnia & Herzegovina those industrial property rights which were previously granted in former Yugoslavia before March 1, 1992, has been extended until:

December 31, 1996.

Additionally Bosnia & Herzegovina has acceded to the Patent Cooperation Treaty and will become capable of designation in international patent applications filed under PCT with effect from:

September 7, 1996.
