On July 24, 1995, the Government of Malawi deposited its instrument of accession to the Nice Agreement Concerning the International Classification of Goods and Services. The Nice Agreement entered into force with respect to Malawi on October 24, 1995, so that it should now be possible to register service marks in that country.
