We have been advised that the new Trademark Act, which will bring trademark law in the Benelux countries (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg) into conformity with the European Community trademark harmonization Directive, is expected to enter into force on January 1, 1996. We shall advise further when we receive the expected translation of the law.
