We have been advised that Armenia has adopted Provisional Trademark Regulations, according to which it will be possible to revalidate former USSR trademark registrations in Armenia prior to

May 19, 1996.

However, it appears that no provision has been made for the revalidation of pending Russian trademark applications and, therefore, new applications will be required in order to obtain registration for such rights in Armenia.
