We have been advised that the term to revalidate in Tajikistan those former USSR and Russian trademark applications filed prior to August 16, 1993 and trademark registrations that are still in force, as well as the term to request that International Registrations that were extended to the former USSR or Russia on a date subsequent to December 25, 1991, but prior to February 14, 1994, be processed as national applications in Tajikistan, were extended from December 31, 1994 (as reported in our November 1994 Newsletter) until April 30, 1995*.
