In our November 1994 Newsletter we reported that the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property entered into effect in Peru on October 28, 1994. Unfortunately, our sources were incorrect and, although the Convention was adopted by legislative Resolution, we have now been advised that the instrument of ratification was only deposited by the Peruvian Government on January 11, 1995. The Convention therefore entered into effect with respect to Peru on April 11, 1995
