We have been advised that Official Gazette of Bosnia & Herzegovina has published that the former Industrial Property Law of Yugoslavia will be applied in Bosnia & Herzegovina until a new law is enacted. Applications for patents, trademarks and designs are now being accepted. At this time, it is unclear what effect, if any, rights previously obtained in Yugoslavia will have in Bosnia & Herzegovina. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and we shall keep our clients advised.
