Argentina - Joins International Convention for Protection of New Plant Varieties By Law No. 24376 of September 21, 1994, Argentina has acceded to the
International Convention for the Protection of New Plant Varieties (UPOV). As
a result of this, for the first time foreigners will be able to obtain
protection for new plant varieties in Argentina. |
