The Netherlands has enacted a law to prevent and control counterfeit products, the principal feature of which is to enable trademark owners, and their authorized licensees, to effect seizure and destruction of infringing products and their means of production, and to claim the profits acquired thereby. Infringing parties may also be compelled by court order to disclose all relevant information relating to the sale and production of infringing products.
