Kyrgyzstan - Adherence to Intellectual Property Conventions

The Government of Kyrgyzstan declared in a statement to the World Intellectual Property Organization that the following international intellectual property arrangements continue to apply in Kyrgyzstan:

1) Convention Establishing the World Intellectual Property Organization;

2) Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property;

3) Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks; and

4) Patent Cooperation Treaty.

Kyrgyzstan does not yet appear to have adopted any of the international copyright conventions.
